Well guys I finally got my lazy ass to tab this song. It's really fun to play
and wasn't too difficult to tab. This is my very first published tab if you
will so I'm not an expert. You have to listen to get the rhythms because I don't
particularly know how to express them in a tab and I know I missed some notes,
but I tried my best and that.s all you have to know. I am open for suggestions,

| I was under the impression that a main reason that Charlize and Stephan broke up was because she wanted to get married and he rejected the idea at the time. In the end where the lyrics say "I want to be your Crystal Baller I want to be your diamond ring The one I never gave you and the promise that it brings Let me be your Crystal Baller " It seems as though Stephan may have realized later that he did want to marry her and this song was an attempt to show her that. I think that a lot of the lyrics on Out of the Vein are about Charlize Theron and their break up. | |

| i love how their songs always have so many layers of meaning. like it could be about drugs, but the lyrics also make sense in other ways. i think its about being in a relationship where he's not sure what will happen but he wants to give it his best shot and make it work. | |

| I think Crystal Baller has to do with the future...he wants to be her fortune teller...not her drug dealer. I particularly like this part: Wanna be your diamond ring (some day you must awhile some days) The one I never gave you (some day you must awhile some days) And the promise that it brings (some day you must awhile some days) Let me be your Crystal Baller (some day you must awhile some days) I will show you everything (some day you must awhile some days) It seems like he's talking about relationship mistakes he has made in the past that he wishes he could take back. That's what I got out of it...but I think that 3eb's songs are great for that reason, they mean something different to everyone. | |
