	I absolutely love "Hold Me Now" and Thompson Twins are one of my favourite 80s bands... redroses237, I think your meaning of the song hit the nail right on the head -- it sounds just right...and also reminds me of what it was like towards the end of a relationship I had ages ago 'cos in the beginning, everything was perfect and whatnot and then it started to unravel...

	This is one of my favourite songs. The first time I heard it, was in 50 first dates and it was a remake and I completely fell in love with it because there was a time in my life when I could completely relate to it. I think this song is about a relationship that seems to be coming to an end and the person singing is reminiscing ("i have a picture, pinned to my wall, an image of you and of me and we're laughing and loving it all..") about all the good times they had together and now all they're doing is fighting over silly things ("you ask if I love you, well what can i say, you know that i do and that this is just one of those games that we play...") and he's wishing that they could fix the relationship ("Hold me now, warm my heart, stay with me, let loving start...") Beautiful, sad, song.
