Well, I don't know if the word 'One' is capitalized in the official lyrics, but as is, it does imply that someone is talking to their friend about Jesus. And yes, He is the answer.

Yeah, it seems to be growing up and comming out of the bubble that school places around kids. He starting to ask some deeper, philosophical questions and realizing that what he has in his life is not satisfying these questions. This doesn't say anything about Jesus, it just says that what he had inside is bubble was not everything that life is.
