| Okay for those of you who think that this is something that happened to one of the band members, you are wron't. It is inspried from a short story in Burn Collecter by Al Burian, it is one of Dustin's favorite books to read. I had a limited edition copy and Dustin even says this. | |

| Actually I believe tbushmoney is dead on... I believe Dustin is wondering if he is really making an impact on the world, or just making music for his own gratification... There are a lot of artists out there who don't have a lot of heart in their music, not to take away anything from their talent but they are "sleight of hand" musicians, nothing but smoke and mirrors, and he wants to be an artist you relate to, one you can feel is "giving everything (he has)"... He doesn't want to be one of those self-indulgent Eddie Van Halen rockstars, but more like a Bob Dylan or Johnny Cash... | |

| This song is the best one off the album. I agree with choose bronze - i thought the true meaning of the song was about feeling like shit because youve not been there for people you love when you should have been. I do think that it has something to do with the way he wants his music to affect people. He uses the idea of a paramedic who helped him escape death - this is meaning he hopes that his music can help change others people lives - he wants his concerts to be more than flashing lights and sounds - he wants his songs to "move" them. Anyways fucking great song - if you think ive got this wrong - let me know. But thats what i think bout it!!! THRICE RULE! | |

| This song is totally money! This song was basically written around a crazy harmonic note that Teppei's guitar made every time i touched the strings. The lyrics are based off of a short story by Al Burian in his book "Burn Collector". They said it took about 800 leads until they finally had the right one, and now the song rules! Thrice breaks em all down. | |
