| Well, we basically know what the meaning of the song is...It's just that, the way it is written, with the lyrics are so beautiful, and the performance of this song makes it even better. It's a beautiful song and it shows how great of a band Thursday is. Thursday isn't one of those drugy bands who are writing about drugs and whining, constantly about their poor messed up lives...Thursday, instead, writes of life, not just for themselves but for others. They are a wonderful band and they actually care. THEY STINKING ROCK!!! | |

| For those of you that don't have the CD, here is a message from the band printed in the booklet after the lyrics for this song: Handguns facilitate the impulse, making suicide a reality for hundreds of people every year. Please boycott stores that don't run proper background checks on handgun buyers. If you are thinking aobut suicide know that you are not alone. There is help: 212-750-8400 In memory of Kevin | |

| I love Thursday.this song really shows how great they are. not only are they great musically, but they a even better lyrically. to me, this song is about suicide, and the problems of todays youth. basically he is compareing the fragileness of procelain and ceramic objects to a teenagers life. easily broken. during your teenage years it is really hard for you growing up. your parents and teachers start placeing a lot of responsibility on you. not only is that hard on you, but eventually everything piles up and makes you snap. my favorite line in this song is the last line. 'try and live'. because eventually no matter what, things will get better. so just 'try and live' and deal with everything at the moment. I don't know what I would do without Thursday. they totally rock! | |

| This is certainly an amazing song by Thursday; all of them are. This is the best Screamo band ever, and one of the best songs right here. Porcelain is an amazing song, lyrically. I love powerful vocals and sexy, sexy music.. I don't know Kevin, but my heart goes out.. .Adi | |

| This song is about Geoff's best friend, Kevin, who moved to San Francisco a few years ago, and killed himself because he had Schizophrenia. | |
