maybe they weren't prepared to play it at the moment, on that day. it's just like when a band's drummer say, leaves for a little bit and they need someone to cover, don't they have to learn all the songs first in order to play with them..or they just play whatever? well. he uses the word "marching" several times. in autobiography it's in there too. im letting go of everything i once loved...

To me, this song is about a person who doesn't want a relationship to end and keeps holding on and being destroyed by it, only to finally let it go. "I'm giving up marching in time with your drums"..kinda like i've had enough of this doing things you're way or somethin like dat. I dunno, think about it, could be..

yea ok, i so totally love this song! esp the part that goes: Winding up to what you can not unwind This side of you and if it's taken away You won't know what to do You're stretching to meet expectations that you will never reach And now it's far to late to ever leave this cold that part is so intense! love it, love it!

fan4thursday....I am only telling you what Thursday actually told me themselves. They specifically said "we don't remember how.' Now if you want to send them tabs of their own song, be my guest because I know I'd love for them to play it live.

I deffinatly agree with fan4thursday, if the band said they don't know how to play the song anymore, they prolly do know how to play it, something as simple as learning a song over again just isn't a good excuse, I can learn how to play a thursday song in less than a week, and if I can do it, they sure as hell can. I most likely would think that there is some reason such as someone important to Thrusday had something to do with telling them not to play this song anymore, or something near that, song that brought back too much of a bad memory that the band just doesn't want to play it. I have no clue, but thats what it seems to me would be why they forgot how to play it. That's a let down though, a good song that doesn't get played is just dissappointing. Oh well, I hope its not true, wish for the best.

What?! They don't know how to play this song anymore?! Aww, that hurts my heart so bad... =( This song is amazing and so strong, and full of anger and energy. "I'm letting go of everything i once loved" that is beautiful....

This song is amazing, and one of my favorite, but I just wanted to let some people know that not all songs are about relationships, it seems some people think that. Mosst if thursdays songs seem to be about something else, I don't know what, but I don't know about relationships In my opinion, thursday is not another Dashboard Confessional that cry when they sing
