| The new cd is called "War All the Time" i think. I am so siked. If they can top songs like Jet Black it will be an unbelivable album. And topping full collapse will be hard, very hard. Awesome song. | |

| Jet Black New Year describes one of Geoff Rickley's expiences. On New Year's Eve, he was at his girlfriends 6th story apartment. He was so upset with what had been going on with his relationship that he locked himself in the bathroom to keep him from jumping out of the window. He also saw that day on tv, a child that fell out of a 5 story building to its death. | |

| I think a lot of their songs are like that.. It may not seem great but once you listen to it a couple times you realize just how good it is | |

| [IN REPLY TO InfectedSpine] If my girlfriend was in the hospital i wouldnt have gone to a party. I wouldve been right beside her, and if i couldnt be i would be somewhere in the hospital, atleast as close as i could get to being with her. Yeah and the song reminds me of what you all said, a bad new year, jet black, dark, not a good memory. | |

| relationship? i think if you put all the stories in the songbook together you know what the song is about! geoff was a witness of the tragedy (child falling from 5th floor) and the whole year was very strange... they had problems with one another in the band (i think tom writes about this...) and well maybe it's also a bit about geoff's problem with his girlfriend... i think if you read the booklet it's clear! it's all about a frustrating year... | |

| I thought this song is off an older album? it seems to be the most hardcore one I've heard so far. The story of what actually happened is portrayed amazingly through this song and it all totally makes sense. | |

| I was unsure about this song at first but after a few times is kinda grew on me. Its a lot more structured than there normal songs and a lot less melodic. I hope in the new album they retain some of the same qualities that blew me away in full collapse. | |
