To me this song say that when things go wrong just stop and start over hence "when the word is crashing down part with it start again" and that things aren't as bad as they seem and people should just walk away from things that aren't getting them anywhere. It could also mean that there is no where to turn cause no matter what hard times will follow

last night at the show ( plea for peace ) geoff was saying this song was about a breakup with a person, and how you're still in love with them or something along those lines.

i read an interview where geoff said that this song is about the same topic as porcelain (=his friend that comitted suicide)... and the only thing left to remind him of his friend is his camera... and so the camera is kind of a symbol for his friendship 'cause geoff is not a real photo expert but the camera reminds him of his friend! that's what i read!

someone told me that a lot of the thursday songs ( i think he said 5) were about one of their friends that commited suicide. maybe this was one of those songs.

i think the whole full collapse cd is awesome. i never had a cd where i liked every single song, but this cd is awesome. their first cd ( waiting ) also has some high qaulity songs.
