I’m doing this from work (no bass in hand).  Peter Charell is obviously using a 5 string 
so either grab the 5 string or tune down to low B (forgoing the G) it is essential. 

(if you’re using a 4 string and tune down to low B you’ll need to transpose the bridge part 
to the D string that the G is now serving as, if you really need help with that then you should 
get some lessons)

	my dad said it decribes him but i tink hes somkeing to many doobies... anyhow its about feelin' lost, confused, worthless and tryin to get out of a stillframe or same shit diffrent day but everyone you still seems frozen.

	The pure aggression and power of this song lends much to its beauty. I first heard it on the radio, so I am a little behind, but I downloaded it later that night. This song is absolutely awesome. It is raw as hell, it's just out there and ready to take control. It's quite a song. Besides, it provides good role-play music.

	I think that a good way to describe this song is a line from "Only God Knows Why" by Kid Rock. In the song, he says "I feel like number one, yet I'm last in line..." The song refers to the lack of direction in our lives. " A small reflection on when we were younger, we had it all figured out 'cause we had everything covered'. Now we're older it's getting harder to see, what this future will hold for us, what the fuck are we going to be?" When we're little, we think that life's going to be easy, you go to school, get a job, and you're happy. But as you get older, it's not uncommon to have times when you think you've made it, but you realize that you're not really happy. The whole cycle of false success and failures is the "Still Frame."

	At the concert, Chris, the lead singer, said that this song was about how everyone goes through what you go through. When you feel like crap, and you feel like the problems will never end, just remember that there are other people that are going through exactly what you are.

	i've heard about half the album so far, but still frame is easily my favorite song. grr. Trapt keeps pushing back their release date, from what i hear it's nov 5, now.
