| Leuvenite is right about what the song was written about, but I've said it before-I'll say it again...the beauty of U2's lyrics is that you can take them any way you like and take them your own way and in your own meaning. With Bono's songs, there isn't necessarily only one meaning. But yes, leuvenite is right. They did write it in dedication to Aung San Suu Kyi, who's name is even mentioned in the booklet for All that you Can't leave Behind. Nothing to Lose needs to stop polluting these beautiful songs by its presence. | |
