Yeah they had a switch in lead singers and with that you usually have a change in sound but they are still incredible. I like Spencer's voice better, I can't wait to see them on the 28th of Feb. at the Taste of Chaos tour with Killswitch.

Whoa, I didn't see such heavy piece from a band like this... I'm very impressed. You can't compare the double-kicks and riffage in this with anything recent. This song is pretty nice.

this is full on death metal, kinda weird as underoath are an emo band, also its about suicide which is kinda weird as underoaths record label are christian, tbh not too keen on the song, but seems very emotional with death metal music :s

i was never really a fan of Underoath...and, i still am not kind of. but, i love this song. i can seriously relate to this. the meaning is pretty clear. it's about this girl who always gets picked on alot and is never accepted. She acted perfect on the outside, so that she could still be the person everyone expected her to be (hence this line: "On the outside I looked fine, you couldn't tell but on the inside was eternal hell"). then, eventually, it got so bad...and she got so sick of everything...that she killed herself. then, she looks back on what she did and she regrets it and wishes she had lived her life differently and not done what she did ("I wish I had another chance... then I would live my life with love"). moral of the song? don't commit suicide or do anything you'll regret later...press through your trials and overcome it so you don't end up like her.

songwriter has no idea what it's like to be depressed enough to want to kill yourself. you CAN'T see the good in life and you DO think of who you would hurt. because of the way your mind is working, you think you're doing your loved ones good by leaving them, that they'll be better off without you. the point is that you don't think right when you're clinically depressed. the songwriter doesn't understand suicide at all and is just using it to try and scare people into following his religious beliefs.
