And, maybe he says "run" because like... try running without feet... maybe it's metaphorical? And he says "better HAVE said it all"...where the hell did half come from? | |

| i viewed the meaning to this song as someone who is greatly admired by the narrator, but has fallen from grace. yet, they "jump back up on their feet somehow" and have redeamed themselves. however, they can't stop what they were doing to being with. the narrator cares for this person, and either wants to see them in this restored light, or sees them that way already. incredible song. he says so much with so few words. | |
