I thought this song was about keeping drugs away and the thoughts of addiction out of your head. The message to me resembles STP's "No Way Out", a song Scott wrote to express his drug problems in 1999.

Scott has said that this is about the media and the way he's treated in print/TV. He no longer does radio interviews or meets fans at shows when people win contests. "Please Let me be No more questions No more needs You're the cancer You're the leech Sent to bleed me Of disease " He's talking about a specific reporter of a popular music magazine that completely misquoted him and since then, he no longer does interviews.

i lov this song. im first and im gonna guess that hes drunk/stoned and someone tries to talk to him or sumthing and he gets mad. i hav no idea
