I think he's saying "my freedom". That makes sense with the rest of the song, doesn't it? There actually seems to be a bunch of noises and talking at the end. At one point, you can make out a bunch of dogs barking right at like the last second of the track.

it sounds like he's saying "Montreal" at the end... but I really doubt he is

dude Velvet Revolver is awesome. im so glad that slash and the rest of the crew minus axl got together and started something new. scott weiland is a great singer for this band
