Vertical Horizon consists of Ed Toth (drums and percussion), Keith Kane (vocals, acoustic guitar), Matthew Scannell (vocals; electric and acoustic guitars; keyboards), Sean Hurley (bass guitar). This endearingly popular live "modern rock' outfit was formed in 1991 by Georgetown University undergraduates Keith Kane and Matthew Scannell.
