| actually, the lyrics are "spill the wine, take that pearl." i also heard that the meaning behind "spill the wine, take that pearl" is a reference to doing heroin. "spill the wine" meaning the blood from injecting it, and "pearl" meaning a slang for heroin. thats just what i heard though. makes sense to me. :) "eric burdon declares war" is a FANTASTIC album that must be heard by everyone. | |
