| Blackie wrote this song after being in Texas, I believe Houston for a week doing a gig down there, he absolutely hated how people were and the state in general, and especially the heat. The next week he was in a northern state (possibly Minnesota) and there was a terrible "blinding" blizzard, so he put Texas and the Minnesota blizzard together and came up with "Blind in Texas" | |
