I might be taking the "move" too literally, but what if it's about a girl who's moving away? And he knows he's gonna really miss her, so'll do anything to make the most of the time they've got left together, by giving her his body, so although he knows it won't mean anything, he'll have time with her and such...Maybe?

Reading other people's meanings helped me figure out mine a little more, and he's what i got from this song: So there's this boy (Keith), and he's with a certain lady. And their relationship isn't the best (it could be that she's cheating on someone to be with Keith, it could be something completely different, it could be Keith's cheating on someone, or they could both be, etc., etc. It doesn't matter, all you need to know is it's a bad relationship.) Keith is saying to the girl: "No, please, you can't leave, I'll explode, I'll die without you." Hence the "Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt". He's telling her not to move (away), or he'll get hurt extremely badly. Keith is trying to convince her to stay with him by telling her she can treat him like crap, do whatever she wants to him, as long as she stays with him, because Keith needs her. I'm thinking she probably already treats him like crap, hence the badness in the relationship. But the part I'm unsure about, is the proof and whether or not he's making it up. Maybe he needs proof for him to stay with her?

i hear malaise. like there's no energy to go out and actively pursue the girl but if she wants...

Doesn't this song suggest something with organ donation? That's what I first thought of. Anyway, it's really great, extremely catchy just like all of their songs :)

my interpretation is that when you like someone so much you could "explode," you are willing to be suboridinate/submissive?

the chorus sounds like a proposition to someone to cheat on the offerer's and/or the offeree's partner... or if neither party is in a commitment, then it's a proposal to be "F" buddies
