| At first I was a little apprehensive about the song. The first time I heard it was yesterday when me and a few of my female friends went to the mall (We were on a band trip and that's where they took us to eat). She dragged me into blue anchor (which is a store like american eagle) I waited till about halfway through the song before releazing how good this song was and wrote down a few of the lyrics so I could go look for it. Looking at the song, it could be about both drinking yourself till you black out and johnny cash. Although, if it had been about him, I think the lyrics might've gotten a bit more expansive then just the drinking. | |

| its not about Jesus, it's simply about having a night out, drinking way too much to the point of blacking out and not wanting to go home because the night is still young, even though the scene is dead, but he has nothing better to do.. pretty self explanitory, really. | |

| I read that this song is a trubute to Johnny Cash and the more you peruse the lyrics you can see that... | |
