| Don't get me wrong. i love weezer, but he even says in the song, "I can't believe how bad I suck, it's true/What could you possibly see in little ol' 3-chord me?" And dont speak so soon about my lack of talent... | |

| i'm not rivers, but i think he did that because of the irony behind this lyric 'what could you possibly see in little ol' 3 chord me?' Rivers uses the musical library in this song, A through G#. Also rivers can shred just as well as some of the other guitarists out there. i'm not trying to stick up for rivers cos i think he's a dick because he doesn't like his fans. but i still like their music... | |

| Let's get sometihng straight, Weezer are NOT talented musicians. It's all just a bunch of power chords and confused vocal harminies. However, they are very good at the genre simply because Rivers is a strong songwriter. | |

| the guy is confused. he is totally in love with this girl, but in his head she can't be right. "i do like you" and then right away "you say like too much." Then: "i do like you, you're the lucky one" and then "No! i'm the lucky one." he just isn't letting himself fall in love with her...he's falling for her, but it's almost as if he doesn't want to. | |

| I think this song is about marriage. I think it's about Rivers chosing between his woman being his woman forever or his career that he totally loves and has dreamt about his whole life. | |
